About
Visual satire for a world that refuses to make sense.
Illogical Land is a visual storytelling project that explores the systems, rules, and habits of everyday life — and asks a simple question: does any of this actually make sense?
We are not talking about grand conspiracies or abstract philosophy. We are talking about the small, accepted, institutionalized absurdities — the things everyone tolerates because they have always been there, or because the alternative seems too inconvenient to imagine.
Each story is a short comic sequence. A real scenario. An obvious problem. And a solution that somehow makes it worse.
"The best satire does not exaggerate. It simply refuses to look away."
These stories are designed to work as standalone visuals — for social media, for sharing, for the brief moment of recognition when someone sees it and thinks: yes, exactly that.
Illogical Land is made by Pavan Kumar, a designer and writer interested in systems, cities, and the gap between how things are and how they could be.
